We are very excited to announce the launch of the Winmark AHN AI Working Group.

Members have been sharing their key challenges around AI, its effective implementation and realising true organisational value.

Based on member need, the purpose of the Working Group is to empower Boards and Executives in the housing sector to confidently adopt, embed, and lead on using AI for the benefit of their organisations and customers.

The group will explore best practices and practical solutions to upskill themselves, maximise the value AI can bring, build future-ready teams and strengthen their strategic contribution.

The Group is chaired by Sachin Jogia, Board Member at SettleParadigm and Chair of Make-A-Wish UK, whose experience also spans roles as NED at HMRC, Defra and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, and Co-Chair of the Imperial College London AI Alumni Network. He was previously Group Director, Technology Strategy & Transformation at Sky, Chief Technology Officer at Ofcom, and General Manager, Alexa Smart Home International at Amazon.

Session One
Beyond theory, the group will have a practical focus and will meet regularly at roughly monthly intervals. All members of the Working Group will be encouraged to contribute.

The kick off session asks "where are we today?" and will see members review the proposed framework and contribute to the direction of the Working Group before deep dives on specific topics in subsequent sessions.
