We are thrilled to be able to invite you to our PensionChair Burns Lunch on 21st January 2027 which is very kindly being hosted by Rothesay. Always a member favourite, we believe this year's lunch will be no exception, and we would be delighted if you are available to join us.

This year, our speaker is Nausicaa Delfas, Chief Executive Officer of the Pensions Regulator (TPR). In her career, Nausicaa has led innovative and complex transformational initiatives, driving changes in regulation and culture. Nausicaa is also a Non-Executive Director of the Centre for Finance, Innovation and Technology. 

We look forward to hearing from Nausicaa on topics that could include:

How TPR is changing how it is operating and how they intend to interact with the industry.
Changing approaches to risk and regulatory engagement, and where the regulator is focusing its attention.
How schemes can interact better with the Regulator.
How TPR is working with other bodies including DWP, the Ombudsman, the PPF and FCA.
Digitalisation and AI and service improvements/efficiencies as a regulator while also being across the risks to the sector

This year, we are delighted that Rothesay will be hosting this lunch in the Writing Room at the Lord's Cricket Ground, celebrating their continued partnership with the English Cricket Board.
