Tim leads on the full scope of people topics including organisational development, business design, talent & learning, remuneration, governance, performance metrics, employee relations, and culture. Tim is an alumnus of the Hult Ashridge International Business School, University of York, Lancaster University and London Business School. He founded the Business Culture Awards & Community in 2015 and hosts the ‘Powered by People’ podcast, which launches Season 2 in September.
