Purpose - To help Chief Legal Officers lead the effective adoption of AI by building AI-capable legal teams, improving legal department performance, and partnering with the business on responsible AI use.

Objectives - Members share practical approaches to:
• Building AI capability within legal teams
• Using AI to improve legal efficiency and service delivery
• Supporting and governing the organisation’s wider AI adoption

Sessions
• 6 - Wednesday 24 June, 10:00: Building the AI Playbook, from experimentation to systemization
• 7 - week commencing 6 July: Agentic AI and workflow redesign
• 8 - week commencing 20 July: Embedding AI into operating models and culture
• 9 - date to follow on the same morning rhythm: AI, competitive advantage and stakeholder impact (if needed)

Members - the CLO AI Group has 40 General Counsels as Members and meets every three weeks.
