This CLO meeting will take place during the “Future Lawyer UK” in-house day. CLO members may attend the CLO meeting (14:00 –15:30) and the full conference before or after the session as they wish, with complimentary access secured exclusively for members (normally £1,400 per person).

Winmark CLO Meeting - 14:00 – 15:30

Contracts are where commercial value is created and most often lost, and this risk is compounded when dealing with global digital giants. This session will examine how senior legal leaders protect contract value and manage risk when traditional leverage is constrained. The discussion will focus on where leverage genuinely exists, how escalation actually works within digital giants, managing data protection and jurisdictional exposure, and preventing post-signature value leakage through clearer commercial guardrails and ownership.

Future Lawyer UK In-House Day – 09:30 – 17:00

This in-house conference starts at 0930 and finishes at 1700. It includes in-house speakers from VOIS, Equinor, Willis Towers Watson, Natwest, Entrust, BAT, Legal & General, Novartis Pharma AG, Adobe, Informa, Virgin Media O2, WorldPay, FrieslandCampina and Bank of America.

This is a fabulous opportunity for members to attend a CLO meeting in a broader in-house legal environment. Both events focus on the role of legal tech and its future.
