Modern Succession Planning involves collaborating with other departments in identifying and developing potential leadership successors, ensuring a seamless transition of power and resilience in adapting to a faster-changing workforce.
Alignment is needed throughout the process to ensure the objectives of succession planning are met.
This in-person meeting will include experience sharing of holistic approaches to identifying potential candidates, developing/future-proofing leadership-ready skills, and assessing the development of potential successors through leadership assessments and tailored development plans.
