IPO activity in London has stalled in recent years, a consequence of economic and political uncertainties and access to deeper pools of capital in other markets, particularly the US. Accountancy firm MHA provided one of the exceptions generating hope that the growth in AIM listings in 2025 over the previous year will be sustained.
Rakesh Shaunak, MHA Managing Partner and Group Chairman, will share the strategic purpose behind the listing as well as the IPO process and the changes across the business required to support MHA as a public company.
Rakesh’s and MHA’s experience will be of interest and benefit to CEOs, CFOs and non-executive directors, many of whom will need to consider listing their businesses as they grow.
