This Masterclass is part of the Global GC Academy and is delivered in collaboration with The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.

This masterclass examines the legal function’s strategic leadership role in shaping and steering an organisation’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda. As regulatory demands intensify and stakeholder expectations evolve, General Counsel are increasingly expected to lead on ESG governance, ethical direction, and enterprise-wide accountability. This session provides actionable tools to embed ESG principles into business practices, strengthen legal’s influence at the board level, and support cross-functional leadership on key ESG issues.
