As the deadline for the first ORA approaches this webinar will be an opportunity for chairs to share how they are approaching developing an ORA for their own schemes. The focus will be on ensuring the process adds value to the governance of a scheme and is integrated into processes rather than being just a compliance exercise. On that basis we will not just be looking at formats they can take but also how trustees can gauge whether their system of governance is optimum.
