This meeting has been organised to focus in on the period between buy-in and buyout specifically. Chairs will get a 'heads up' on what risks look like in this period and how to manage them, what needs to be on the agenda and what the process entails, as well as how to ensure the process is as streamlined as possible (taking into account corollary activities).
This will give Chairs a better idea of how best to prepare for, resource and structure for this critical phase in the life of their scheme. As data and administration is of key concern in this period we will devote time to this topic. We will also hear what interactions with the insurer look like and what consideration needs to be given to covenant in this period.
