We are delighted to be able to invite you to our PensionChair summer social.

Our guest speaker is David Walmsley, Director of Trusteeship, Administration, and DB Supervision at the Pensions Regulator. David has worked on some of the largest interventions with pension schemes that TPR has been involved in, including BHS. David has also played a key role in the development of policy and guidance, most recently, the new DB Funding Regulations, Code, and accompanying covenant guidance.

This meeting will be a great opportunity to get a greater understanding of the rationale of regulatory policy recently issued and in development as well as the future direction of travel, particularly for defined benefit schemes. It is also an important opportunity to feedback directly to the Regulator on the experience of schemes in working with and to the expectations of the Pensions Regulator.

As this is our Summer Social, there will also be the opportunity to debrief and decompress with summer drinks on the terrace when the main session concludes.
