Using what Patrick Describes as his “Trusty Triangle” of “Purpose, People and Process”, participants will take a deep dive into the roles of the board, board members, executives, sub-committees and other stakeholders, as well as how they interact with each other.

The masterclass will also focus on Board dynamics including board composition, constructive challenge, managing difference and conflict, and techniques for “Getting in the zone” for board interactions.
Those attending will also explore how decision-making is changing on boards, maximising impact in board meetings, managing volatility and uncertainty, and the use of technology in enhancing performance.
