Our festive lunch this year is very kindly being hosted by Hogan Lovells and we are delighted that our guest speaker will be Dominic Harris who is almost two years into his five-year term as the Pensions Ombudsman and the Pension Protection Fund Ombudsman.

Dominic will talk about what TPO is seeing in terms of complaint volumes and common complaint topics, as well as discussing what trustees can do to improve local dispute resolution practices, to help prevent cases reaching the Ombudsman.

TPO is currently developing its three-year strategy for 2025/26-2027/28. Dominic will therefore be sharing his early thinking and inviting feedback on TPO’s strategic direction and priorities, as well as any key concerns alongside peers under the Chatham House rule.
