Winmark Network Meeting

One Year On from the Regulator's Consumer Standards - What have we learned?

About

As we mark one year since the introduction of the Regulator of Social Housing’s consumer standards and the Housing Ombudsman’s complaints handing code, it’s time to reflect on the lessons learned and what they mean for the housing sector. This pivotal moment offers an opportunity to evaluate how these regulatory frameworks have influenced housing providers and tenant experiences, and what the future holds as we continue to navigate these changes.

We are delighted to welcome Jonathan Walters, Deputy Chief Executive of the Regulator of Social Housing, who will share insights on what's next on the regulatory front, ensuring quality housing and compliance across the sector.

In addition to hearing from the Regulator, we encourage all delegates to actively participate by sharing their own regulatory journeys. Whether it’s navigating challenges or implementing best practices, this meeting is designed to foster open dialogue among peers.

Following the formal discussion, there will be an opportunity to continue conversations informally over drinks and canapés.
