Winmark Network Meeting

Professional Plurality - Portfolio & Value Creation - Tim Pointer, Three Hills

About

Senior HR Leaders & CPO's are increasingly becoming passionate about 'professional plurality'; that opportunity to work across different businesses that comes with portfolio careers, consultancy roles and the PE firm Operating Partner role.

The want to ‘go plural’ – AKA, widen your portfolio and succeed on multiple boards, stems from a desire to drive value as more than just a proponent and advocate of HR. We will hear from Tim Pointer who, as an Operations Partner at Three Hills, is leveraged across the portfolio. Winmark invties you to a private breakfast at Fortnum & Masons, to hear Tim's expereince - how did he decide to make the move to become a more central player in the Value Creation Team at Three Hills? Importantly what was gained and what was lost from his perspective?

Our breakfast is very kindly being be hosted by Alexandra Buxton, Culture and Talent Director and the team of private chefs at Fortnum & Mason, London.
