At this meeting a Panel of experienced Non-Executive Board Directors, many of whom had successful careers as lawyers, will share their thoughts and advice on:

o. What they want and expect from their Executives and particularly the General Counsel role.
o. How to work with and manage NEDs and the Board.
o. How best to join a Board and what Boards look for when recruiting new NEDs.

They will be open to questions as we go through the session, to help those General Counsel working to establish a flourishing career with Boards.
