This case study-led session for CSO members aims to address how organisations can best harness the power of Collective Impact to accelerate the effectiveness of their sustainability initiatives. We will be looking at how effective Change Management lies at the heart of Collective Impact, and will showcase best practice in the adoption of these two concepts by Sustainability Leaders.
Our discussion, chaired by Richard Nugee, former Climate Change and Sustainability Strategy Lead for the Ministry of Defence, will include case studies from Susan Hooper, Founder of Chapter Zero on how her organisation uses Collective Impact to drive real change at the board level, as well as Paul Harrison, Executive Chairman of Nature Investment Group and Andrew Griffiths, Policy and Corporate Development Director at Planet Mark on how some of their projects adopt Collective Impact principles to maximise effectiveness across various industries and localities.
Members can expect to take part in discussions around inclusive target setting, effective cultural change, and empowering staff of all seniorities to contribute effectively to Collective Impact initiatives across the business.
