As a growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions have become popular for a variety of reasons, including increased market presence, achieving economies of scale and technology & IP acquisition. However, M&A activity in uncertain times brings several key risks to the forefront for boardrooms, including strategic, financial, regulatory, and talent risks.
So what is the impact of all these mergers? More importantly, does a growth strategy based on M&A activity make sense for your organisation?
We invite you to discuss this concept of M&A to drive consistent growth, at an exclusive in-person roundtable, kindly hosted by Eversheds Sutherland.
