As AI continues to revolutionise the business landscape, its adoption comes with significant ethical considerations. While there is little doubt around the competitive edge AI can provide (if leveraged correctly), there is still attention that needs to be paid to ensure AI serves as a force for good within your organisation.
This session aims to empower you to become a key proponent for AI, ensuring its implementation is both responsible and transformative, using the example of leveraging AI to gain a competitive edge in the human resources department. AI has the potential to streamline processes and performance and by harnessing AI, your organization can achieve greater efficiency, innovation, and embed effective use of technology across your workforce.
This will be followed by panel discussion including Misti Melville, who has just been appointed to the Better Hiring Institute’s All Party Parliamentary Steering Committee, established to support the Modernising Employment (MODE) APPG. The Better Hiring Institute’s work in Parliament, supported by dedicated Peers and MPs, is crucial for transformative change. Misti's role will include a particular focus on the use and misuse of AI in recruitment, human resources and workforce modernisation.
