Organisations are looking to AI and new technology to provide business benefits, but 62% of companies in Asia are onboarding new technology without changing the way they work. Without a framework, it's difficult to assess the opportunity for growth, improvement or game-changing innovation.

In this session, we'll discuss how to go from a feeling of whack-a-mole (or head in the sand) to game-changing possibilities, by looking at Al-driven transformation opportunities across designing, executing, managing and measuring work. From re-engineering work with AI in mind to onboarding new talent in this new world of work, we'll think through use cases and edge cases.

Leading the discussions will be Diana Wu David and Slums Pineda. Diana Wu David is a former Financial Times exec and best-selling author of Future Proof: Reinventing Work in an Age of Acceleration, and Slums Pineda is an expert on digital transformation and tech-driven innovation, which has been his specialization across his global career spanning senior roles at Standard Chartered, Oracle, Prophet, and Booz Allen.
