This roundtable has been organised at the request of members to provide an opportunity for chairs of smaller schemes that have limited resources. Delegates will have the opportunity to share their specific challenges and consider options and solutions that are open to them. The discussion agenda will cover a number of topics, including the General Code, Funding Code, Covenant and longer term strategic options (e.g. buy-in/buy out, consolidators and run-on), however there will be a special focus on what is proportionate for smaller schemes and how trustee boards can ensure that they are delivering effectively to maximise outcomes for their members with limited resources.
