We're excited to bring members an exclusive meeting chaired by Karen Glass (Director- Head of In-house Legal & Compliance - General Counsel and Heads of Legal, Marsden) where attendees can hear from Andrew Garard (General Counsel and Company Secretary, Pennon Group) as he covers topics such as setting expectations, resourcing and support, career planning and development, and strategies for helping individuals plan their careers.

This meeting will draw on Andrew's cross-sector experience as General Counsel of Cable & Wireless, ITV, Meggitt and Pennon. It builds on his passion for social mobility and looks at planning for internal succession and development of the in-house team.
