EY worked with Adobe as the inaugural client to develop a B2B specific real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), recognizing that the B2C technologies did not aggregate individual data at an account level. This is the critical link for large B2B service-based sales – enabling account teams to understand the needs, interests, and engagement of full buyer demand units within a target business.
This meeting will be an opportunity for EY to walk members through this RT-CDP platform, demonstrating its value in driving a variety of measurable business impacts, such as increased sales, improved client experience, improved buyer segmentation, and improved ROI.
