Globally, C-Suite Executives, including the CLO and General Counsel, face many common compliance and ethics challenges in their businesses, typically ranging from employee engagement, whistleblowing, retaliation, anti-bribery & corruption, and third-parties right through to active analytics, conflicts of interest and the cost of compliance.

Addressing such challenges is central to achieving effective compliance and ethics-based decision-making, but in an environment of increasing legislation and determined enforcement, doing so requires unconventional and innovative approaches from outside the traditional toolkit.
