Peter Holland is the Chief Executive of IAPB, the overarching alliance for the global eye care sector with more than 200 members from the NGO and corporate sectors, valued at several hundreds of billions of dollars. Before this, Peter was Chief Executive of OPM Group a social purpose research and consultation business and the market leader for mass market infrastructure consultations such as for Heathrow and HS2.
Peter began his career at the NHS, before joining the Foreign and Commonwealth Office where his roles included leading the international community’s multi-sector effort to stop the heroin trade from Afghanistan; Director of International Policy for Intellectual Property, including negotiating intellectual property agreements with the EU and China; and a posting to India.

Jessica Long has nearly 20 years’ experience in research, insight and consultancy spanning three sectors. She is Head of ESG/Sustainability Consulting for Ipsos’ consulting arm, Strategy3, which supports businesses around the world with their sustainability challenges. Jess has had the privilege of speaking at COP26 in Glasgow. She has been featured in the BBC Radio 4, The Economist, The Financial Times, BBC World News Live and more.
Arushi Gupta is an Engagement Manager with the ESG Consulting team in Ipsos Strategy3’s London team. She leads ESG projects for our global clients including Unilever, Aviva and Danone amongst many others. Her experience in ESG ranges from behavioural change and communication to ESG reporting. She also holds an MBA from Imperial College London.
