This design-thinking workshop will identify all the management collateral needed by high-performing in-house tax functions in large international groups. What are the documents, templates, policies, process maps, checklists etc that a Head of Tax needs ready to hand to support tax function deliverables?

Not only will attendees be able to identify gaps in their own documentation, but the session will also be a valuable opportunity to check in and reflect on the purpose, role and performance of tax in their own organisations.

The intention, subsequently, is to build a resource of anonymised examples of various management tools and documents supporting the management of tax across multiple deliverables.
