Our Speakers:

Dr. Olajumoke (Jummy) Okoya is currently Interim Dean of Office for Institutional Equity at the University of East London (UEL) and a member of the Chartered Association of Business School’s Race Equity Action Group and a board member of the Chartered Management Institute for Women.

Natasha Makhijani is the founder and Group Chief Executive Officer for Oliver Sanderson Group Plc, an international business at the cutting edge of recruitment. Natasha is also the co-founder of Snapp, the world’s first voice-technology-enabled mobile jobs platform with exclusive Amazon Alexa integration - proponents and users of the software include British Airways, Aviva, Engie, and Scottish Gas Networks.

Mark McLane is the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing for M&G international, a savings and investments business with over 7 million customers across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas. Prior to M&G, Mark was the head of global diversity and Inclusion for Barclays, where he implemented a global diversity and inclusion strategy that delivered six consecutive years of improvement in the percentage of women in senior leadership; established a mental health and wellness campaign called This is Me and developed dynamic working which positively improved overall engagement through inclusion in the workplace.
