Jules brings more than 25 years’ experience in client-driven talent acquisition across media and creative agencies, tech and management consultancies. Jules joined Mediabrands from Engine, where she held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy.

David Thomas is Managing Partner at Boyden UK and has over 20 years experience in senior-level recruitment and executive search. David has an extensive track record of appointments to C-level, VP and other leadership roles across functions.

Simon Youngs is a Global Talent Director with over 20 years experience in the Talent field across sectors including FMCG, manufacturing, retail and professional services. Throughout his career, Simon has held positions as Group Head of Talent for Maxxium Worldwide, Coats and most recently, Essentra Plc.
