The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) published its final consultation into Restoring trust in audit and corporate governance in spring this year. In this session Jon Thompson, CEO of the FRC will explore the next stage of the FRCs transition into the Audit, Reporting and Governance Authority (ARGA). Attendees will also hear about the next steps in corporate governance reform and reporting.

The FRC has been through an extensive period of stakeholder engagement on this consultation and at this event the FRC will outline:
