Employee mental health and wellbeing has been a key focus for HR professionals over the past 18 months. Whilst most companies have embedded some processes to monitor and improve employee well-being, some measures remain ad hoc and could be more effective.
The British Standards Institution have led the development of ISO 45003, the first international standard on managing psychosocial health and safety at work. The standard provides simple, practical guidance on how to manage the psychosocial hazards that arise in the work environment and that challenge health, safety and well-being at work.
In this session, our speakers will discuss what practical steps businesses can take to protect the psychological health of their workforce to enhance productivity, ensure transparency, improve engagement and retention as well as creating an overall inclusive company culture.
