Most organisations are now finalising their plans for a gradual but permanent return to the workplace. As most employers have committed to support continued remote working, organisations are now grappling with what their ‘hybrid’ working models will look like as well as the various implications.
To support our members and the wider HR community during the next few months, we plan on arranging a series of regular, informal sessions where HR leaders can share their emerging hybrid working challenges and their successes. Discussions will not be recorded and take place under Chatham House rule.
Agendas will be dictated by the group but may include items such as:
