Network webinar

Setting targets and organising to deliver

About

In the run up to Cop26, more and more corporations are announcing their emissions reduction targets. But are these targets ambitious enough to achieve 50% reduction by 2030? And how exactly are companies going to achieve them? Join our panel to get an in-depth view of how companies are setting their targets and how they are organising themselves for success. We will look at the challenges they faced and those they anticipate in the future. We also discuss whether our collective action is on track to deliver the 2030 target and if not, what else needs to be done.

The session will also highlight the work of the Goal 13 Impact Platform initiative, a partnership between the CBI, A4S, Chapter Zero, the Met Office, Dell Technologies and Deloitte. It sets out to create an open, free to access, repository of actions companies are taking against climate change. More information can be found in the Emerging findings report, or view the beta of the platform her: Goal 13 Impact Platform.
