This interactive workshop will take you through the art of negotiation and influence using proven research and practical techniques you can use to gain buy-in and deliver value. You will be helped to recognise your natural style when negotiating and be given specific feedback on how to leverage this effectively. Building on the skills you already have, you will learn how to plan your next negotiation using a step by step process.

This session will provide training on negotiation tools such as the Bolton and Bolton framework to help explore social styles and the components of a trust formula. You will be able to practice techniques that will help you to communicate clearly and authentically in order to maximise the outcomes for you and your organisation. The Masterclass includes a 20 minute one-on-one coaching session with the course leader to help further develop your personal negotiation style.

Outcomes: 

  • You will have a clear understanding of your natural style and how to work with that to maximise your effectiveness.
  • You will be able to identify what the people you are trying to negotiate with and influence need from you.
  • You will learn how to develop trust and overcome blocks when influence
  • You will have been introduced to the tools and techniques that will increase your likelihood of success.
