You will be helped to recognise your natural style when negotiating and be given specific feedback on how to leverage this effectively. Building on the skills you already have, you will learn how to plan your next negotiation using a step by step process.
This session will provide training on negotiation tools such as the Bolton and Bolton framework to help explore social styles and the components of a trust formula. You will be able to practice techniques that will help you to communicate clearly and authentically in order to maximise the outcomes for you and your organisation. The Masterclass includes a 20 minute one-on-one coaching session with the course leader to help further develop your personal negotiation style.
