Building future capabilities in high performing teams

Calvin Morriss is a leading expert in building high performance in teams and has spent almost 30 years in elite sport. He worked with the England Rugby team from 2002 to 2012 and most recently, in 2019, the Japanese team - who reached the quarter finals of the world cup that year. He has also worked with the GB cycling team at the 2016 Rio Olympics who topped the medal table with six golds.

Calvin will discuss how creating the proper foundations for high performance teams in sport can be applied to corporate environments, where collaboration is increasingly seen as the key to superior output.
